Alphabet Photography

I ran across the coolest website today and I had to tell you guys about it. It’s called Alphabet Photography and offers personalized name art. You can type in your name,  click “create” and the program will combine several different sepia-toned photographs and spell your name out.

The photographs will contain pictures of buildings, metals, glass, things you see in nature, etc. that resemble letters. Really it’s just random images that spell out your name. If you don’t like the pictures that are displayed, you click on the “create” button once again and another random set of photographs will be displayed.

The cost at this writing is $4 per photograph or per letter in the name, which is very affordable. You do have to buy your own 4×6 frames for the photos. If you have a short name that’s fine and you can probably find a picture frame with a matte that holds more than one picture. It looks like the photos are mailed to you within 2-4 weeks. Here’s what my name looked like:

This is a great gift idea. I definitely want to get one. Go check out the site: http://www.alphabetphotography.ca.
