Affidavit Form Letter
Many times you fill out an affidavit to swear truthfully to something. As an example, when you need to submit an affidavit for swearing that your income is what you submitted while trying to get a home mortgage loan. You could also fill out an affidavit form to swear to something in the court system, for example you can swear someone was with you during the hours of such and such. That's called being someone's alibi! :) By signing the Affidavit statement, you are swearing that you are telling the truth in front of a notary public. If it is found out later that you lied, you would be in a world of trouble.
