carts like Oscommerce and modify them into different
designs than are standard. The ability to create
custom coded php scripts from scratch is also
required. For example we might want you to create
a custom mailing list script or a custom shopping
cart. We are also interested in having a programmer
create a custom CMS for our web template site.
