When you are creating your printable party invitation be it for a graduation party invitation, a housewarming party invitation or a retirement party invitation, each party invitation must contain certain details so that your party guests can arrive at your event on time.

These details include the date, time, place and RSVP information. RSVP is short for "Respond So Very Politely". This is usally a telephone number that you guests can use to confirm that they are coming to your party. Your guest might also want to inqurie about the style of dress that is required for your party or if you event is informal, should they bring anything.

When choosing the wording for your invitations you can also add a note about who is giving the party or who the party is in honor of. Sample party invitation wording is found below:
