offer refunds on digital products such as web

galleries or music
players. If you have specific questions about
items you are interested in purchasing please chat
with us BEFORE you place your order.
- Expect
to receive your digital products within 24 hours.
Because of credit card fraud all orders are manually
reviewed by the staff. You will receive the download
link to the product you have purchased as soon as
your order has been reviewed. This process can take
up to 24 hours but usually takes 1 hour or less
during business hours. Effective
01/01/08 - If you make your purchase on Friday evening,
Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your product
on Monday morning.
- When
ordering ensure you use the telephone number that
is associated with the credit card (no cell phone
numbers please) and avoid using free email accounts.
We will call you to verify the order.
- For
our customers who wish to use PayPal, your account
must be verified and confirmed. You will need
to include your mailing address with the order so
that we can review your order.
- Orders
that appear to be fraudulent, high risk, or that
can not be verified are automatically canceled.
